Our phone line is answered by an automated AI assistant; calls may be recorded and transcribed. We also collect standard usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including via Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel.

How we use it

Address checks

When you use the Zone Zero checker or request a follow-up, the street address, city, and ZIP code you enter may be sent to the zone-check service and public mapping services to identify the relevant fire-hazard area and Authority Having Jurisdiction. We keep the result with your request so the team can follow up; it is not added to a contact list without your request.

We use this information to operate the site, respond to your requests, and provide the compliance guide.

Who we share it with

We use service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising, and workflow automation) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

Your choices

You can browse this site without submitting any personal information. You can control cookies through your browser settings. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information via the contact form on this site; we will respond as required by applicable law.

Do Not Track

This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
